What X42 Core is

X42 Core, Inc. is a Florida-based operating company founded in 2005, currently relocating to the Portland, Maine area. It's run by one person: CJ Mihalko, an IT generalist and operator with 25+ years of experience, from hands-on computer repair to building out reporting systems and imaging standards for multi-location businesses.

X42 Core exists to run a small set of independent ventures under one structure: consulting and contract IT work, computer and IT support through Above the Wire, notary services, and room for what comes next. Each venture keeps its own name and its own site. X42 Core is the company behind them, not the name on the front door.
